Is there a minimum contract length?
Most enterprise engagements are annual so data delivery, refresh operations, and support are governed under a durable SLA. Procurement alternatives can be discussed during the demo.
Can we start with a subset of data products?
Yes. Many customers start with five to twenty products around one use case and expand as additional teams adopt the estate.
Do you offer a proof-of-concept period?
Yes. Qualified enterprise teams can evaluate a scoped proof of concept with sample queries and a limited cloud delivery.
How is delivery handled technically?
We provision BigQuery datasets or Snowflake native shares with schema documentation, sample SQL, lineage metadata, and refresh cadence details.
What happens when new data products are added?
Enterprise customers can add products under their contract terms. Catalog updates are announced in the changelog and reflected in llms.txt.
