This Data Processing Agreement overview explains how The Data Developers approaches processing of business contact information, procurement information, and service-related metadata. It is designed for enterprise review and can be replaced or supplemented by a signed customer DPA.

For website inquiries and commercial relationship management, The Data Developers may act as an independent controller of business contact data. For customer-specific processing under a contract, roles are defined in the applicable order form or signed DPA. Standard biomedical context layers are built from public source authorities and do not require customer-provided personal data.

The standard categories are limited to B2B contact and service metadata unless a customer separately agrees to provide other information.

Where The Data Developers acts as a processor, we process customer-provided personal data only according to documented customer instructions, the relevant agreement, security obligations, legal requirements, and support needs.

Technical and organizational measures include least-privilege access, warehouse-native permissioning, controlled source repositories, operational access review, source lineage, refresh logging, and secure communication channels for procurement and support.

We may use infrastructure, email, cloud, marketplace, collaboration, and support providers to operate the service. Customer-specific subprocessor terms can be documented in the signed agreement.

At contract end, access to customer-specific delivery resources is removed according to the order form. Standard public biomedical context layers remain part of The Data Developers source-derived product estate. Business records may be retained where required for legal, tax, security, or audit purposes.
